Jenny Pratt
Jenny
is the Director of Remarkable Development for the Kevin
Eikenberry Group and the Remarkable
Leadership Learning System. describes herself as a
“Girl Friday” or “Jenny-of-All-Trades” –
mainly because she has the great opportunity to serve many roles
within our organization. Most days you will find her consulting
with Clients, thinking about how to best market our organization,
editing Kevin’s writings and managing the content on our family
of websites.
Jenny loves finding solutions
for colleagues and Clients, scoring a big media hit, and the pen
aisle at office supply stores, among many other things. She first
met Kevin at the Indiana State Fair in 2003. Before coming to work
with Kevin, Jenny had a career at Purdue University serving in many
different areas including communications, marketing and fund raising.
In previous lives, she filled the airways as a radio news anchor
and reporter, helped Clients develop outstanding meetings and conferences
as a catering sales manager, developed periodicals for a publishing
company and donned a white coat as a Clinique girl.
When she’s not working,
Jenny is Madison’s mom, Wayne’s wife, Wrigley the Dog's
primary caregiver and Jack the Goldfish’s primary food supplier.
She feeds her creative spirit by singing and dancing with the Capital
City Chorus – an award-winning Sweet Adelines chorus in
Indianapolis.
Jenny has a Master’s degree from Purdue
in organizational leadership and a bachelor’s degree with
honors from Franklin College in journalism. She loves to laugh,
can relate almost anything to a Friends episode, sings along with
every song on the radio (whether she knows the song or not), and
still dreams of being a professional football player someday –
or at least a reporter on College Game Day.
