You asked: "I held a brainstorming session for a team to work on overcoming barriers to help the facility grow. It was met with lots of negativity. They quoted longevity as one of their strengths (employees with 10, 20 and even 30 years of experience) yet all of the long-term employees confessed to major burnout. They have been through years of company and management changes. What can I do, if anything, to light their fire again? (I have no control over pay increases, insurance benefits, etc.)"
