We call them “million dollar skills” because they are skills worth at least that much. When people can apply these high leverage skills at work, great results occur.

The Million Dollar Skills Learning Systems

We built these Learning Systems to take advantage of solid, proven information, and clear action plans to help you put the learning into action. They are sophisticated in its design, but easy to use.They are produced using top-flight learning principles, and designed with busy people in mind.

Not only are the learning principles world-class, but the actual concepts, tools, and techniques you will learn have been proven over and over by real people. The stuff in these Learning Systems work for real people in real organizations!

Step by Step

We know that workshops can be a great way to learn – we’ve designed and delivered hundreds of them. Workshops can be very good at informing you but aren't as good at transforming you, because a workshop, by definition is limited in length. Transformation requires more than just knowledge – it requires trial, practice, and experience.

These Learning Systems aren't a course or a workshop where you attend, learn some things, get excited then settle back into your old habits.

These Learning Systems also don’t require you to set aside one or two days on an already overbooked calendar or strain your travel budget.

The Million Dollar Skills Learning Systems are designed to teach the skills (as well as the knowledge) that you choose, step-by-step, in a format you select, and help you enjoy the experience as well!

Each of our Learning Systems are designed into single day modules. In each module you will learn about a new concept, idea or technique, be given some information to reflect on (and apply to your personal situation), and receive some practical action steps designed to help you remember, learn and apply what you are learning!

You'll be able to read or listen to the daily module in five minutes or less. Most days you will be able to complete all the suggested actions in about 20 minutes – the length of a coffee break!

You will get great value from the individual modules. They are, however, much like classroom training when taken alone. Your skills (and those of anyone in your organization who uses these Learning Systems) will really blossom and receive full benefits as you invest the additional time to do the suggested action steps.
