My major was Technical Education and Training, well my degree is not being exercised right now, but my supervisor is giving me many opportunities to do some training. They quoted longevity as one of their strengths (employees with 10, 20 and even 30 years of experience) yet all of the long-term employees confessed to major burnout. They have been through years of company and management changes. What can I do, if anything, to light their fire again? (I have no control over pay increases, insurance benefits, etc.)"
