leading in 2023

In many important ways, what it takes to lead is unchanging. The principles of effective leadership haven’t really changed. What has changed is context. It is easy to see that the situations in which we find ourselves as leaders do change and are changing. So, while the foundational principles of leadership are stable, the world in which we lead is decidedly not. That is why leading in 2023 will require some different things from us.

I’ve been reading, studying, talking to clients, and thinking deeply about this for several months. I have since put those thoughts together in a free webinar about leading in 2023. I will provide context and rationale along with specific ideas and actions you can take to capitalize on what 2023 will bring to us as leaders.

One thing is crystal clear – leadership skills are more valuable and needed now than they have ever been.

I’m excited to share my thoughts on what leading in 2023 will and needs to look like and how you (personally and organizationally) can prepare for success. We are offering this free webinar twice on January 4th – at 9 am ET and 3 pm ET.

I hope you join us. More than that, I hope you invite other leaders and those who care about the development of leaders in your organization to join us. I guarantee you will leave with ideas you can apply immediately and food for thought for the coming months, too.
