I don't know if winter is your favorite season or not, but I'm here to talk to you about some winter lessons for you. But don't worry - these aren't suggestions to wear a coat and gloves! Although that's the one your mom wanted you to remember. Especially if you grew up in an area where it was chilly, like for me.

So that's not the kind of lesson we're talking about. Rather, I have some lessons when I think about winter that we can use as leaders.

  1. Recuperate
  2. Slow down
  3. Regenerate
  4. Play
  5. Think traditions
