We aren’t looking for people to sit in the back, observe and spend half of the day on their email. We want people to roll up their sleeves and laugh and learn with the others paying the full investment for the workshop.

In the Bud to Boss Preview, you will have the opportunity to learn the same invaluable leadership principles that every attendee in the workshop does, but at a vastly discounted price! Together as a group, we will explore your leadership situations and work to develop solutions for each. We’ll learn the essential management techniques and strategies that every leader (new or not!) needs to succeed.
After the workshop, a member of our Learning Concierge team will follow up to get your feedback, discuss your own leadership development need and determine your next best steps. If, after attending, your organization works with us on developing coaching skills in your organization (whether the workshop itself or some customized version) within the next six months, we will credit your entire preview investment, making your cost to attend zero.

Your Investment for a Workshop Preview: $700
Your leaders participate in three 2-hour virtual training sessions that teach them the world-renowned One Minute Manager conversations fundamental skills for building positive relationships that drive engagement and productivity for having effective performance conversations with their team members.
Your leaders participate in six 2-hour virtual training sessions – two sessions per week for three weeks - that will teach them the Bud to Boss fundamental leadership skills.
Day One: Sessions 1 & 2 — Succeeding in Your Transition to Leadership and Working with Change
Day Two: Sessions 3 & 4 — Becoming a Great Communicator and Coaching and Feedback
Day Three: Sessions 5 & 6 — Collaborating with Others and Commitment to Success
After the sessions are over, participants will have access to the recordings for 30 days so that they can review and practice the skills they just learned back in their day-to-day work.
