Experience Desired

  • We are looking for a person with a proven track record selling services to senior decision makers at the enterprise level.  It is a serious plus if you have sold in the HR and training areas. 
  • While we have an extensive marketing engine to drive leads, we are looking for someone who has a hunter approach – someone willing and able to leverage our marketing efforts to find long-term clients for our world class products and services.
  • We want a sales professional who is experienced and comfortable using remote selling tools like LinkedIn for prospecting, and web platforms for building relationships and closing sales.
  • We want a team member who will focus on understanding the customer’s needs first, then identify how we can help, rather than first selling a specific product. Our success and yours, starts with understanding the client’s want and needs.

While we want experience, the perfect candidate brings more than experience and skills to the table.  They must have the mindset that will get results and complements our team. That means we are looking for someone who is:

  • Learners. We sell services that support learning and need people who believe in learning both personally and as an organizational value.
  • Relationship-focused.  You must believe in the importance of, and work hard to build relationships both inside and outside the organization.
  • Partner-focused. We consider our customers as partners and expect our sales team members to view marketing as their partner too.
  • Solution-focused. Creativity is critical to our success – and yours. We are looking for someone who is motivated to find solutions that work.
  • Proactive. A successful team member will be proactive rather than reactive. While setbacks will come, you must be forward-thinking, willing to persevere to reach desired outcomes.
  • Positive. You will be working with a team of positive people, who believe in the power of positivity. We are looking for a team member who believes and behaves the same.

Compensation

Financial compensation will be negotiated, but earning potential is limited only by your success – there is no cap on commissions. Base will be minimal as commissions grow, but we want you to be appropriately compensated for the first 60 days as you begin to build your commissions.
