Solutions for the Virtual Workplace

Being a Great Remote Teammate

What is the difference between a great teammate and just another person on the team? Teammates know how to forge great working relationships, stay productive and engaged and remain visible to their leaders and the organization. Regardless of whether they’re in the office, working remotely, or on hybrid teams, it’s important to be (and be seen) as a productive, engaged teammate.

In this interactive session, based on the best-selling book The Long-Distance Teammate, Stay Engaged and Connected While Working Anywhere, participants will learn the difference between team members and great teammates. They’ll also learn a model for creating a “great teammate” mindset that will benefit the organization, their team and most importantly, the employee themselves.
