As leaders, we know that helping your team member achieve goals – and then holding them accountable for their success is part of your job. But more than that, it is critical to everyone’s success. Doing this properly is a challenge in any setting. Leading in a virtual or hybrid environment, and not interacting or seeing your team members (and their work product) everyday, is hard. This session takes the principles of goal setting, goal achievement and accountability and applies them to the unique challenges of doing it all in today’s challenging work environment.
