Yes, CULTURE is a critical pillar in every organization and EVERY construct or gathering of familial people. In our businesses, we routinely highlight the CULTURE and Environment in which we reside and operate.
It is so important that we embrace the three (3) Conscious Culture perspectives in planning and implementing anything in our current settings. Dr. Eikenberry is correct to recommend inventorying the PRE-PANDEMIC Culture while learning to understand the CURRENT Culture and the learnings between the two while thinking in an abstract manner of the FUTURE, which is yet to be defined.
