By Dan Ariely

This is a short and powerful book, and so I am going to write a short, and hopefully powerful recommendation for it.

To be the best leader you can be, you must be a student of motivation.

To be the best parent you can be, you must be a student of motivation.

To be a human who accomplishes more, better understands the world around them, is less stressed and frustrated, you must be a student of motivation.

This book is required reading for that study. It is reality-based and founded in research. It will probably confirm some of your beliefs (and give you solid reasons for them), and it might surprise you too.

If you are like me it will remind you, cajole you, inspire you, and well, motivate you.

Whether you want to read this to understand your motivations or the motivations of others, you will get what you came for – all in a small, short, book.

I hope you are motivated to get your copy and read it.
