Likewise, the organizational investment of time and money to develop your leaders is large and important too. If you are serious about finding ways to develop your leaders, you will want to test drive a solution before you invest. We have a way to help you do just that.

The Test Drive

Several times a year, we open three of our workshops (From Bud to Boss, From Manager to Remarkable Leader, and Coaching with Confidence) for open, public signups. This is our way of helping individual leaders in organizations build their skills in a timely, or geographically effective manner. We’ve been doing this for many years.

The value people receive from these interactive and engaging learning experiences is exceptional. This is one of the reasons we continue to do them, rather than only offering these experiences inside an organization.

Yet we know that when an organization invests in their leaders, and gives a group of leaders a similar experience, methodology, and common language, the value grows even higher.

The test drive is an opportunity for a complete immersion in the learning experience. People who take our “workshop preview” aren’t sitting in the back of the room observing the workshop. They are completely involved as an active participant throughout. This is the best way to determine if, how, and where the experience (or a customized version of it) will work in your organization.

While a test drive at your local dealership is free, your workshop preview seat isn’t. After all, you aren’t just taking a quick ride, you are experiencing vehicle fully. It is more like owning the car for several days with no risk.

Specifically, if you qualify, you can attend with a “preview seat” for just $400 for the full two-day experience of your choice, including all the pre and post workshop components. Since the full investment in these workshops ranges from $1,195-$1,295, you can see this is quite an opportunity!

Who am I Talking To?

Our goal in offering this option is to help reach our mission of helping more leaders make a bigger positive difference in the world. And the more organizations that want us to help them, the closer we get to our mission. So yes, we want more organizations to consider us as their partner in leadership development! We know that when most people experience our workshops, they want more. That is why we created this workshop preview opportunity.

You qualify for “preview pricing” if …

  1. Your organization is already looking to develop new supervisor, leadership, or coaching skills for your leaders.
  2. You are or are being sent by a decision maker to determine if we are a good fit.
  3. The organization expects to take action in the next 4-6 months.
  4. There is some budget set aside for developing these skills.

As good as this sounds, it is actually better than that. If, after attending the workshop, your organization works with us on developing these skills in your organization (whether through the workshop itself or through some customized version) within the next six months, we will credit the $400 from your preview investment. This makes your cost to attend zero.

What If I Don’t Qualify?

If you don’t meet the criteria above, you can, of course, come at the regular pricing. You can bring others with you from your organization – we offer discounts when three or more register together.
