We’ve asked this question each of the past four years: what is the best leadership blog in the blogosphere? And each year we have given readers of great leadership advice the chance to help us choose the winner. (If you haven’t voted yet – here is a quick link to the list of nominees and a ballot.)

Once we select our nominees, we feature each blogger on my blog to promote the event, and more importantly as a way to share their great work with more people. Today, I want to point you to the posts we’ve published so far:

Train Yourself to Succeed – a Guest Post from Michael McKinney

The Attitude Trap – a Guest Post from Wally Bock

More Than a Buzzword – a Guest Post From Mike Myatt

When People Don’t Know – a Guest Post from Steve Roesler.

Developing Your Leadership Cojones – a Guest Post by Dan McCarthy

And just think – there are six more great posts to come over the next few weeks!

Since we launched this year’s event, I’ve been at the center of a controversy regarding which bloggers we selected (and who we didn’t). Along with promoting our featured bloggers, I also want to give you a chance to read these other dissenting opinions.

My goal in sharing these ideas is to give you the chance to learn (as I have) from the discourse. I appreciate the opinions and passions of all who have shared on the topic – wherever they have done so. I encourage you to join the conversation if you desire.

Here’s my original post that announced the event (with comments at the bottom).

Nominee Wally Bock wrote Reflections on “Best Blog” Lists on his Three Star Leadership Blog.

Dr. Anne Perschel weighed in on her Germane Consulting Blog with Esme Says Best Leadership Blogs Should Be Leaders.

And finally, here’s a post about diversity from nominee Mike Myatt on his N2Growth blog – Diversity and Leadership.

Thanks to everyone who is voicing their opinions. That’s exactly what leaders do.
