achieving goalsMost organizations set goals. And the teams in those organizations either set theirs or are handed them based on those organizational goals. While we could have a conversation about how effectively they are set, the biggest problem isn’t in the setting process. It is in having a plan for achieving goals once they are set.

In my experience, not (nearly) enough time is spent on the achieving part. It’s like all the effort in setting them feels like an accomplishment itself. But it is just a necessary precursor to the main event – achieving the goals that have been set.

If you experience this situation organizationally, on your team, or even personally, you will want to join me December 5th from 1:30-2:30 pm ET for the Remarkable Development Session – Goal Achievement for the New Year: Helping You & Your Team Reach the Goals You Set. You will learn some key strategies to apply and how to capitalize on and build momentum

A Remarkable Development Session is more than a webinar full of content. These sessions start with some important and key content, then allow you to interact with and learn from other attendees. This allows you to better understand the concepts, gain additional perspectives, get more real-world ideas, and ultimately better apply what you are learning.

Tired of the goal setting merry-go-round of setting goals that are never reached? Want to improve the odds that you reach the goals you set this year? Join us for this practical and energizing session. If you want to bring several participants, contact us here for volume pricing and further details. If you would like us to bring this session to your organization virtually, we can talk about that too.
