As managers and leaders, we have to manage our team and handle deadlines, specifically so that they do not miss them. Here are three questions to ask yourself to better help you deal with (missed) deadlines.

  1. What an outstanding video and approach to this topic. I may have asked that first question myself! I have lived this scenario. I have also had to deal with upper management that does not support my efforts to get in front of deadlines, and who do not see deadlines as “real” or understand the concept of “shared failure.”
