Tweet it out: The best trainers are completely focused on the learning and the learning; they know it isn’t about themselves. @KevinEikenberry

  1. The 3 things mentioned were good on ideas as coaching and learning, for the learner and to be trained were very good instructions to help others learn which will assist others to go the correct directions for processing and complete their jobs

  2. Home run Mr. Eikenberry! We always talk about engagement and those items we can do as trainers to help people have that moment where we see their “lights” turn on in their minds and they now know something that they may have struggled with, or they already know it and now they know it in a different way.

  3. Outstanding, young man! I have looked for just this clear and concise definition to work with some of the trainers I train and you have nailed it! I will pass this pearl of wisdom along! Thank you very much!
