Kevin! This was wonderful! It was like being at one of your seminars and listening to you, but focusing more on what you put on the whiteboard with your voice just kind of guiding us through. I think I enjoyed it more than your videos. You have a great presence on video, but somehow I find it easier to think about what you’re actually saying via this livescribe thing. (And what a message, by the way!)
Do more of this, okay? And thanks for continually challenging us to be better leaders.
Thanks Linda – I’ll keep that in mind – and yes, I’ll work on my handwriting too (you didn’t say it, but I’m thinking it).
Kevin 🙂
Kevin !! What would be your thoughts in case of an organisation is already engaging this 25% through inspiring targets, growth opportunites and new experiences(task force, new projects etc)?
Thanks for new way of sharing ideas
Ramesh
Hi, Kevin,
I like this tool very much! If I have any quibbles, it’s that the greyed out notes allowed me to read ahead. That distracted me from your voiceover, but it also meant that I could consume your information on my time. I think that’s actually a good thing.
The content? Excellent! You are correct that leaders are complacent right now about losing high performers. Gave me something to think about and act on, right now!
Frank
Thanks Frank!
Kevin 🙂
