If you are a leader with a team of people, you know communication is hard. If your team is dispersed, virtual or remote from you or each other, the challenges are even greater. I know this, in part, because I led a team that, most of the time, work remotely from each other.
This new Virtual Instructor Led workshop addresses this common concern. We’ve brought together my co-founder on The Remote Leadership Institute, Wayne Turmel ,with the leader of the communications skills part of our business (and my co-author) Guy Harris, to co-create and co-lead a workshop that will bring proven tools and experience to help you navigate the unique challenges of communicating when you aren’t face-to-face.
Along with two true experts as your learning facilitators this workshop is more than just a workshop – we limit enrollment to ten participants to make for a rich, interactive learning experience where you will truly be able to get your questions answered, and you will see how communication can be successful remotely!
