Each month members of the Remarkable Leadership Learning System (you can get your sample on the right, or learn more here) focus on one skill.  This month’s skill is Developing Customer Partnerships.

And members at the Silver level and above get the opportunity to participate in a guest call each month.  These calls are with experts in the skill we are learning that month.  This month, my guest is Steve Yastrow.  His last book, We: The Ideal Customer Relationship will be a basis for our conversation.

I’ve known Steve for about 18 months and he is a very smart guy when it comes to creating partnerships with customers.  (If you don’t believe me, how about Tom Peters, who says, “When Steve Yastrow writes, I pay close attention.”

I’m going to put him on the hotseat for an hour to get some of his best insights and finest ideas on the table.  Our members will have the chance to ask their own questions as well.
