It is my personal belief and a major organizational philosophy of ours that you cannot be a successful leader over a long period of time without having an OTHERS Focus.

  1. During group meetings I will tell attendees, “Thank you for the work you do, without it I don’t have a job. And if I haven’t told you that lately, then shame on me.” Our roles as educators and leaders should always be about those we work and survive with on a daily basis.
