  1. This Video was helpful to me in terms of understanding what my roll is as a leader. my role is to help others without doing it and it always has been a challenge for me separate the to. Think like a coach and not colleague is just powerful statement.

  2. I find doing a self-check to be so important. When mentoring, discussions can lead you all over the place and before you know it you are pretty much doing it for them. Doing a self-check to re-evaluate where you are at is a great way to make sure that you don't cross that threshold.
