Weinstein. Spacey. Moore. Franken. Rose.

Unless you are in denial or hiding under a rock, the recent allegations against these men and others remind us of the ethical, moral and legal problems with sexual harassment and abuse in the workplace.

While many organizations have designed internal training to address these issues, we know many others haven’t, don’t have those resources, or haven’t thought about this issue from a training perspective in awhile, because, “we did that training already.” The news and the climate today may be challenging you to rethink this topic as a higher training priority.

The Kevin Eikenberry Group doesn’t offer any tools, products or services to address these concerns, yet we know they are needed and necessary. Vado, a leading producer of e-learning materials, and our partner on e-learning for Bud to Boss, Remote Leadership, Performance Management and more does have a powerful e-learning program for both employees and leaders.

Titled simply Preventing Discrimination and Harassment, it provides interactive video training that can be placed on your LMS, making it broadly available and very economical. It has modules on Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying, and Positive Environment.

In my review of these modules I found them relevant and helpful, and not corny or weird like some products in this topic area can be. I believe if you need content to meet a need or a legal requirement, that is both useful and cost effective, these tools may be the answer you need.

There are three versions of the product, based on your needs. Click the links below to learn more. If you have questions or want to discuss any bulk purchases, reach out to Marlene via email or by calling her at 317.387.1424 x 1004.
