New Year’s Resolutions. There was a lot of talk about them just a few weeks ago. But now? A scant 4 weeks into the 2009?
Not so much.
There is a reason for that, which I address in this video I recorded just before the New Year began.
In this video (2:44) you will find answers to questions about resolutions, why I don’t think you should set them, and why this message is more important now than it would have been on January 1st.
Of course, it is only really valuable if you want to make a difference in your life, if you want to change something, or if you want new and better results.
If you don’t want those things, fine. If you do, then you are thinking like a leader.
Consider this video as my coaching and mentoring message for you today. More importantly, consider it a message for you to share as a leader in your situation. This short message includes a major key to organizational leadership development – no matter what the size of your organization – and whether you are talking about supervisory leadership or corporate leadership.
Watch, take note, then take action. It may be one of your most important leadership activites of the year.
