leadership development

People have been trying to crack the code of leadership development success for a long time. Unfortunately even though it has been studied more, written about more, and more people have tried to improve their leadership skills, the results have often been lackluster. I believe there are reasons for this fact. I’ve created a very economical way to share why it has happened and what is missing. Let me explain.

Your Situation

Creating leadership development success is more important than ever for organizations. And yet many are disillusioned by the return on the investments they make in developing their leaders. Since we are in the business of developing leaders, we want to help. But in order to best help, we must help leaders and organizations see the problem differently.

Simply giving leaders more skills to use and apply hasn’t worked and won’t work as well as some may wish. While teaching skills seems right and sounds right, experience says something is missing.

What We’ve Done

Because we have been studying and working to solve this leadership development dilemma for some time, I planned to share some of our findings and suggestions at the Association for Talent Development’s International Conference in Denver next week. I’m sure it isn’t a shock that the conference has been cancelled.

But a cancelled conference isn’t a good reason to cancel sharing this message. That is why I have transformed my talk into a webinar and am offering to you. You didn’t need to be attending this important international conference to need the information. Now, neither time, nor cost, nor a virus can keep you from getting it.

I’ll be talking about what we call The Remarkable 3 – and help you see far beyond leadership skills to develop a framework that will truly help people sustain their leadership growth and development.

How We Can Help

On May 19, from 2-3 pm ET, during the same week I would have given this talk to a packed room in the Denver Convention Center, you can get the same message, updated for today’s world with no travel, no conference registration, no badge, no sore feet, and no mask. When you register here, you can join me for just $49.

Details about the presentation and your chance to register can all be found here. I look forward to answering your questions during this interactive, cutting-edge session.
