Wish I had this info 4 years ago. The emails and Remarkable TV are time sensitive, I have the time to view them and thought provoking. A good stepping stone for me from Bud to Boss.
Every leader should learn this lesson. Any leader who portrays himself/herself as “perfect” only creates a wall between themselves and those they are trying to lead.
That is twice I am honored to hear that story. First establish credibility and then allow yourself to be vulnerable.

The one who makes no mistakes and is perfect is more like a robot. I think it is just that people like “humans” who are fallible to some degree!
