In this video, I am talking about the power of empathy. But in order to understand the power, we need to know the definition.

EMPATHY: The action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings, thoughts, and experience of another.

Empathy is so important to our role as leaders. And here are five reasons that empathy matters.
