As a leader, you know that giving coaching and feedback is a critically important part of your job. While doing it well takes practice and discipline, it is a learning journey worth taking.
And if any (or all) of your team works remotely from you – whether across town, across a time zone or around the world – the job is harder.
If that is you, read on.
For several years, I have been leading a remote team, with the responsibility and opportunity to give feedback to and coach those team members to greater success – benefiting both themselves and our team. And in that time, I have learned some of the nuances for how to do this more effectively.
For the last year, I have been teaching these skills to leaders in the Remote Leadership Certificate Series (and we continue to do so).
Now, for the first time, we are offering this session alone – to help remote leaders and coaches hone their skills. This session will be delivered remotely (of course), and is a highly interactive 2 hour webinar. The group size is purposefully limited to allow for interaction and so you can get your specific questions answered.
This is your chance to learn from someone who is living it, and who has been teaching these skills (both remotely and face to face) for years.
If you want to build these skills, the time to join me is Friday, August 7th, from 2-4 pm ET. Get all the details and make your purchase here.
