Often, I am surrounded by people that like to hear their own voice.
How can I get this message to peers and other leaders without insulting them?
Leah – Maybe share this post broadly – NOT just with those you think need to hear it, but with everyone. My hope is that it would be a topic of conversation to change the way teams interact. Remember the message isn’t just for those who talk too much, but aloso for those who rarely say anything at all too.

Good advice. However, suggestions on the sound effects. They’re not at the same audio level as the speaker. They’re louder. Super distracting. And hurts my ears.
Thanks for the feedback. We are continuing to work on the production quality of our video and your feedback is appreciated.
Kevin 🙂
