I’ve thinking about, studying and consulting on leadership development for a long time. I’ve learned much – yet perhaps the most disappointing thing I’ve learned is that we keep coming up short.
Yes, many organizations want to develop their leaders, and those organizations are making investments. Yet, for the most part they aren’t getting the kind of results they want and need. Leaders are growing – but slower and more sporadically than most would like. What most would like is a process, that would work in the realities of the leader’s busy workday and still help them predictably grow their skills and effectiveness.
Enter The Remarkable Way. The Remarkable Way is the way to develop leaders. We’ve created a first of its kind way to help leaders in the real world build real skills one skill at a time, one month at a time.
We created it to help organizations answer the “what’s next?” question in their leadership development, and to help individual leaders predictably grow their skills over the long haul. And right now, registration is open.
When you go to this page, you can watch me describe this learning process in detail and hear about the special bonuses you will receive (and every leader who participates will receive them) when you invest now.
The Remarkable Way is leadership development taken to a new level, because it applies how we learn, when we learn, and how we work. Putting these realities together creates a new and powerful way to develop leaders.

I love your thoughts on this, Kevin. Nothing is more frustrating than identifying potential in a team member and then seeing it squandered. Even worse still if you as the leader failed to pull the potential out of them. I wrote an article recently on the importance of developing leaders. I’d love a critique if you get the chance!
