You have one person in your life – whether at work or home – that you would like or need to communicate with better, and yet, it is hard. You feel like you have tried everything and yet connection and better communications seems elusive.
It’s like having a key ring full of keys, and you’ve tried them all, but none open the door.
Here at The Kevin Eikenberry Group we have long worked to help leaders and team members find better ways to communicate more effectively, reduce stress and frustration in the communication process, reduce conflict and improve working relationships.
Today I’m announcing our newest product to help you do exactly that.
We’ve been teaching and coaching people using our DISC behavioral style tool for many years. We know we aren’t alone in the use of this powerful assessment approach, yet we believe too many people don’t use the full potential of the tool. Rather than just knowing your communication and behavioral style; wouldn’t it be more effective to be able to use the style preferences of others (whether shared by them or intuited from their behavior) to communicate with anyone more effectively?
Which brings us back to that one person . . .
What if you had a toolkit that took your style and coached you through how to communicate with and connect with people of other styles more effectively? What if the toolkit gave you strategies to specifically work better with people of every other style, and what if that tool also had video where you can actually see people of your style, communicating with people of all other styles to improve your strategies quickly and far more easily?
That is what we have created – four products (one for each style – D, I, S, and C) to help each style work and communicate more effectively with everyone else. Each toolkit is written from the perspective of a style and provides practical and realistic approaches to help you be more successful in your relationships and communications with everyone else.
If you have taken any past DISC assessment and know your primary style, you can select the toolkit you need. If you don’t “speak DISC” or don’t remember your primary style you can take our free or more complete assessments here to get you started.
If you are ready to learn more about how these tools can help you have less stress and more success in your communications, click here to learn more and select the toolkit that is best for you.
This toolkit, when applied, can be a game changer for you and for your team to create less conflict, higher productivity and more effective communication.
