As you look into the future of work and your workplace, there is plenty of uncertainty.  When things are uncertain, we don’t feel like we have much control of events and the future. Big external factors have always impacted our organizations and the context of our work, but never has it seemed as obvious and pervasive as in the last couple of years. When many things seem out of our control, it is helpful to realize what is in your control.  I’ll give you one big thing – culture change.

So much has and will change the structure and future of your organization and work – and some of it is outside of your control, or even your influence.  Yet, how your team and organization interact, and what it is like to work here – the heart of organizational culture – in still in your control.
