  1. There are SO many distractions these days, your right! I’m a huge believer in writing things down so my mind is not busy trying to keep everything in the fore-front. When my work gets interrupted, I make a point to jot down a note where I was and what I was doing so I can be more present with the interruption, I’m not trying to remember what I have to do next…whether it’s a personal quip someone wants to share or a huge detail on a project, being present is so important. This is an important skill with our families, as well. Those moments/opportunities come further and further apart as they get older.
    Thanks for the reminder.
