In a previous episode, I made the case for mental fitness. You can see that episode here. I hope you go back and watch it. But let me just summarize it in short right here: to be mentally fit or to think about mental fitness is to be proactive about our mental health. Just like our physical health, we must be proactive in order to see the results we want. We must think about and take proactive steps to help us be in a better place.
But, unlike physical fitness, we can’t tell our mental fitness just by looking, right? So how can you determine your mental fitness?
In the episode below, I’ll give you a few ideas for how to first determine your mental fitness and then some steps for you to proactively take to ensure that you are mentally fit.
