Wayne, I appreciate you “stirring the pot” and asking these questions. Like you, I’ve noticed the term “hybrid work” and “hybrid workplace” thrown around, but not a whole lot about what specifically that means. I understand a reluctance to define something that’s quite malleable at this stage, but I’d like to hear more about options for creating a hybrid workplace, what’s been done, what’s failed and succeeded, what’s new in the word of hybrid work, and especially how we can be more inclusive and fight proximity bias. Thank you for shedding light on it, and I look forward to future videos!
