  1. I look forward every morning to your inspiration videos. I have learned a lot from them. Todays on conflict is just what I needed. I do have an issue going on in my department between two team players. I only have one that comes to me with the problem. The other one never says a word. She goes on doing her job. I did hear from a third person yesterday that the one thinks the other one doesn’t like her because she never talks to the one who keeps coming to me. I am taking your advise. I will let them try and work it out on their own. I will have to tell the one to try talking to the other to see what the issue really is. If its just a lack of communication hopefully they will work it out. Thanks! You make my day.
