Most of us look in a mirror every day – and sometimes more than once! But I’m not talking about looking in a mirror in this regard.

In this episode, I am advocating for a mirror as it relates to our leadership and I’m asking a few questions to help you understand what you’ll see when you look in this mirror and what you can do with what you’ll see.
