I was going to tell you about it but maybe I will wait.

I don’t feel like it…right now.

This will be hard.

I want to get it just right.

There are LOTS of reasons why we procrastinate and we all do it at one time or another (and probably even more than that!)

And in order to overcome the procrastination tendency, it’s important to recognize your triggers and reasons why you do it.

Once you’ve identified these, ask yourself this ONE question.

  1. The things you speak about in your video are completely me. I’ve always been a procrastinator, especially when it comes to writing because it’s my least favorite thing to do, but I also want things to be perfect and will always do what I say I am going to do. I will be asking myself that question from now on every time I start procrastinating. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I will commit to asking myself the procrastination busting question more often! I got a chuckle out of the “watch later” option in the upper right of the video…LOL!!
