I’m willing to bet that every day, we spend some amount of time waiting.
Waiting on hold. Waiting on our food order. Waiting for our kids to get off the bus. Waiting, waiting, waiting.

I get it, we need to be productive. But I feel that these days I am mentally exhausted and trying to be productive all the time is actually counterproductive… So should we all allow ourselves to wander off sometimes.
I agree Carole – the key is being intentional not just defaulting to possible non productive behaviors.
