Whether you are viewing this video at the start of the year or on the 17th of April, I’m telling you that your New Year starts today.

Whenever you look at the calendar, you can see that it says the new year starts on January 1. But your new year isn’t based on a calendar. What do I mean? Well, first of all, let’s think about what people do on January 1.

What most people do on January 1 is think about the future, do some goal setting and/or make some resolutions.

There’s often times a lot of effort and thought that’s put into this. Or maybe people are guilted into it around January the first. And while it isn’t always done very effectively, it’s usually done with the right intention.

AND…it doesn’t have to be on that day.

You could do this work today, whether it’s April or May or September or the end of December. You could declare this as your new year.

So what does that mean, what does that look like? What would you do if you were to say, I’m declaring my new year today? Find out in the video below.
