I just read this quotation and it strikes me as so very powerful.

“Once I started taking drama classes, I asked myself why I had ever wasted so much time on a football team.”
– Paul Leonard Newman (1925-2008)

Aren’t you glad someone invited Paul Newman to a drama class?

But more importantly to you . . .

What is your equivalent of a drama class?

And for you as a leader and coach . . .

Are you helping people find their drama classes?

These questions connect us to our passion and strengths.  As a leader when we match our strengths with our passions we will be most successful.  As a coach and developer of others, it is when help other connect with these things that they will be most productive, happy and successful.

Consider these questions your leadership activity of the day.

But please do more than ask yourself the questions . . . take action on the answers.
