There is no doubt that we all need feedback to be successful. If we don’t know what we’re doing well, we can’t keep doing it. And conversely, if we don’t know what we’re doing wrong, we can’t correct it. In today’s video, I’m revealing the results of a recent survey we conducted on the frequency of feedback and also giving you a few things to think about when considering how often you are getting and giving feedback.
