More and more leaders are leading teams that aren’t in the next cubicle, down the hall or right out in the shop or warehouse.
We are leading people we don’t see every day (or almost ever).
And to do this well is even harder than leading next door – because communication is harder, there are technologies to master and perhaps even time zones to contend with.
That is why I am so excited to announce the Remote Leadership Certificate Series, our collaboration with Wayne Turmel of GreatWebMeetings.com.
You can learn all the details, dates and get one of the first seats here, but let me just tell you a bit about it.
Remote Leadership
If you are going to learn how to lead remotely and use the tools to lead remotely, it doesn’t make much sense to have you get on a plane and come to a hotel (or even walk down the hall into a conference room). We are teaching this series remotely – so you will experience the tools, learn the skills and experience it from a distance.
Certificate
A Certificate signifies that you have dedicated yourself to learning something important. These are an important set of skills for you, for your company, and yes, for the success and productivity of those you are leading. We believe this all matters enough to reward you with a certificate of recognition at the close of the series.
Series
Learning is a process. Experience, try, improve – doesn’t most learning that sticks work like this? That is why we built it this way. You will take one session at a time with a chance to practice what you learn – and chances to get feedback and coaching from Wayne and me throughout.
This is why am so excited about this project – important skills to learn + relevant process to learn these skills + skilled, knowledgeable and experienced facilitators = a great opportunity for you.
We built this for leaders who are leading remotely. If this is you and you want to be better at it, learn the details here.
Then join us as one the inaugural participants and the first ever to earn the Remote Leadership Certificate.
