Today, I'm encouraging you to decide what you can do to make it better.

And while I don't know everyone's individual "IT", I bet that you can think of your "IT". And if not, it's probably the thing that's frustrating you right now; the thing that's driving you crazy; the thing that's making you whine, complain, or be cynical. Maybe even the thing that you're looking for others to fix; that you're wishing someone else can make better because there's nothing you can do about it. 

Now stop and ask yourself this question about that "IT" that I just got you thinking about...

What can I do to make it better?
